Refund policy

At With Amóra, every piece is handcrafted with care and inspected before shipping.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because our jewellery is handmade and often one of a kind, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or natural variations in gemstones and metals.
We happily replace or refund items that arrive faulty or damaged within 30 days of delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@withamora.com.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@withamora.com. with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed faulty.
